Elevators

1200 Binz has six passenger elevators and one service elevator. 

All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems. 

Parking

1200 Binz offers patient drop off at the main entrance. Visitors should park in the parking garage to the building on levels 3 and above.

Reserved physician parking is on level 2 of the garage.

If you have valet service, please use the following language: 

1200 Binz offers $12.00 valet parking.  The valet stand is located at the main entrance to the building.  For more information, please contact the Management Office.
